Biceps Biceps are a two-headed muscle that lies on the upper arm between the shoulder and the elbow. Its main function is at the latter where it flexes the forearm at the elbow and supinates the forearm.

QuadricepsQuadriceps are a large muscle group that includes the four prevailing muscles on the front of the thigh. It is the great extensor muscle of the knee, forming a large fleshy mass which covers the front and sides of the femur.

tricepsTriceps are the large muscle on the back of the upper limb of many vertebrates. It is the muscle principally responsible for extension of the elbow joint(straightening of the arm).

abdominal musclesThe abdominal muscles are the part of the body of a vertebrate containing the digestive organs; the belly. In humans and other mammals, it is bounded by the diaphragm and the pelvis.

gluteus MaximusThe gluteus maximus is the largest and most superficial of the three gluteal muscles. It makes up a large portion of the shape and appearance of the hips.
